Terms of Service

MCS provides compliance advisory, documentation and operational support services. We do not provide legal advice, regulated financial advice or regulatory filings unless expressly agreed in writing and permitted by law.

Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or statement of work setting scope, deliverables, pricing and timeline. Published prices are standard package prices and may change for custom scopes.

Payment terms are normally 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for projects, and monthly in advance for retainers. Deliverables include a 5-day revision window for agreed-scope corrections.

Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, board approvals, regulator submissions and legal interpretations in their jurisdictions.
